The TOTAL DELIVERY TIME is based on the time it will take to process and finish the order + the time it will take for the finished item to be shipped to you.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (3-40 days or more) + Shipping Time (7-35 days)
Processing Time
Each of our items is made to order, which will take processing time. You may find processing time value in each product description. For the costumes, the processing time starts when you send us measurements that we’ve asked.
Shipping Time
- Standard FREE delivery 14-35 days (2-5 weeks)
- EXPRESS delivery 7-14 days (1-2 weeks)

- Due to worldwide COVID-19 restrictions delivery time may take longer. Please be patient.
- Delivery times can be affected by local customs services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed by carrier.
Import duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the Recipient. These charges are imposed by the recipient’s local government. Please contact your local shipping company or customs office for additional information in case your package had a tariff. Tracking information
When your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. Also you may check tracking number in “Your orders” section of your site account.
Tips
1. For our shipping, please provide a valid contact number, postal code at the shipping address. DO NOT enter P.O Box/APO/FPO address.
2. Delivery is usually done from Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays, working hours only.
3. We offer standard shipping and express shipping, but for some large, heavy, or fragile items cannot be shipped via express shipping options; this shipping option is only available for small packages. Therefore, some items are only available for standard shipping.
