General Questions
Q : How do I place an order on your site?
Step 1: Add the Items you want to buy to the cart or click the buy it now button.
Step 2: Click the checkout to fill your address and then choose the shipping method. Do not forget to write your contact email for receiving the order confirmation and shipping info emails
Step 3: Finish the payment via Paypal and then you will receive the order confirmation email
Step 4: When the order gets sent out, you will receive the shipping email with tracking info in
Q : How do I cancel an order on your site?
Step 1： Contact us via email/contact form/ messenger with your order number in 24 hours. Please also provide the recipient name and phone number of the order to verify your identity
Step 2: Our staff will start cancel your order and refund you. You will receive a refund email when it has been finished

If you do not contact us within 24 hours and the order has been sent out, we can not cancel the order for you.
Q: How and when did you start making props & costumes?
A: We are a group of peoples who love to cosplay. Since 2008 we try to make our own props & costume we found that we can do many things about it and many friends of us commission us to make props & costume for them. In 2021 we decided that we can do more thing so we began Star Pride Studio to make props & costume for people around the world.
Q : Do you take commissions?
A: Yes we do. If you’re interested in a commission head on to contact us.
Q: Why are your props & costume so expensive?
A: Due to We use good quality materials and all order are made to measure. Most of all production made by Hand. We spent many working hour for each order. We also making research to improve quality of products for all too.
Q: Will you tell me how to make props & costume?
A: Unfortunately, We can’t really sit and tell you how to create an entire props & costume. Each of them generally has different techniques involved, and chances are We’ve never done anything like it before. We would have to do hours of research, and We don’t really have that kind of time. Even if it’s a costume We’ve already made, We can’t really sit and tell you how I did everything because each of our projects usually is a result of hours of work, which would take a very long time to explain.

Q: Where are you located?
A: Our studio located in Odesa, Ukraine. Don’t be scared due to Ukraine. Yes, there is a war in our country but we are safe and working hard to make beautiful craftpieces for our customers. All services are working, including standard and express post services, resources and materials, etc.
Q: How will you notify me if there is a problem with my order?
All order communication is done via email, so it’s important that your email address is accurate and current.
Shipping Questions
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we ship orders worldwide, except some list of agressive countries like Russia, Belorus, Iran etc.
Q: How long does it take for parcel to come?
A: Depending on shipping carrier parcels come from 1-2 weeks for express shipping to 2-5 weeks for standard free shipping. But sometimes there might be delays due to local customs service.
