2. Payment Terms
To reserve a spot in the production schedule, the Buyer agrees to the following payment plan:
50% prepayment to reserve the project in our production schedule
50% final payment after the costume is completed and final photos are sent to the Buyer
Production (preparation) begins after the first payment is received.
First payment $340
Final payment $340
3. Production Timeline
Earliest production start date: February 28
(This is the earliest date we can start production according to our production queue. If we are able to start earlier, the Buyer will be notified).
Estimated production time: 1-1.5 months from the start of work.
If the costume is ready earlier than expected, the Buyer will be informed immediately.
Throughout the process, the Buyer will receive photo and video updates to confirm progress and approve visual details.
4. Cancellation and return policy
Once production has begun, the initial payment (deposit) is non-refundable, as the materials have already been purchased and the order has entered active production.
If the Buyer cancels the order after production has begun, payments already made are non-refundable.
If unforeseen circumstances prevent the Seller from fulfilling the order, the Buyer will be refunded the cost of the unfinished portion.
5. Changes during production
Minor changes may be made to the design to improve the structure, strength, or visual quality.
These minor corrections will not change the overall design concept or the approved appearance.
Such refinements will not affect the agreed price.
6. Communication and updates
The Seller will provide regular updates on the progress of the work with photos and videos.
The Buyer agrees to respond to design confirmations in a timely manner to avoid delays.
Communication will be conducted via Etsy messages, unless otherwise agreed. Instagram and Discord are also possible options for the customer’s convenience.
7. Delivery
Once completed, items will be carefully packaged and shipped with full tracking.
Estimated delivery time: 2-4 weeks, depending on the destination country.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer.
